We’ve all been there, right?

You’re invited to a wedding that you absolutely can’t miss, but your ex-fiancé is in the wedding party, so you hire a gorgeous escort to hide the fact that you’re single and hope that this elaborate (and expensive) plan doesn’t blow up in your face.

That’s what happens in The Wedding Date, a 2005 romcom starring Debra Messing and Dermot Mulroney. Filmed between New York and England, the short plane ride and even easier train rides make visiting The Wedding Date film locations as effortless as hitting the dance floor during an open bar.

But don’t call it baseball.
