When traveling from Heathrow Airport to Southampton, there are a few routes to choose from. To get there quickly, we’d recommend taking the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow Airport station to Hayes & Harlington station. From here, you can take the Elizabeth line again to Reading station. Finally, you can take a CrossCountry service to Southampton Central station.
From the station, you’re a short walk from the city centre. Here, you’ll find the city’s most popular sights, including the SeaCity Museum and the Southampton City Art Gallery. From Southampton, you can also reach some of the country’s most beautiful national parks, including the New Forest and the South Downs.
