Base
If you’re looking for maximum flexibility, the Base ticket is the option for you!
For complete peace of mind, Base ticket holders can change the name, date and time of departure an unlimited number of times before departure. Also, if you want to cancel your trip, you can refund your ticket with a 20% deduction.
Economy
The Economy ticket combines savings and flexibility, allowing a change only once before departure. Economy tickets are available for the Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca train or FrecciaLink service (on Frecce in all classes, except for the Executive Class).
For Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca and FrecciaLink trains, you can purchase these tickets until midnight on the third day before the train leaves.
✅ Can I change my booking?
You can make one change to the departure date or time of your booked train or FrecciaLink service ticket, but this change must be made for the same train or service category that you initially purchased. You will have to pay the difference compared to the Base price (standard fare) available at the time of the exchange. The new ticket will follow the conditions of the Base ticket. Please note that seat availability varies depending on the days of the week, train types and classes. It is important to note that it is not possible to accumulate further discounts, except for the children's discount.

You can change the name on your ticket without additional costs as many times as you wish. You can do this from the day the ticket was issued until the departure time of the booked train or FrecciaLink service, always respecting the specific conditions of the offer. However, this change is not permitted after the train or FrecciaLink service has departed.
❌ Can I get a refund?
No.
❌ Can I get on another train?
You cannot board a Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca train or FrecciaLink service different from the one you booked. If you use the ticket on a day or service different from the one booked, your ticket is not valid.
Super Economy
If you are looking to save money, you can opt for the Super Economy ticket, which allows you to travel on the FrecciaLink service (on the Frecce in all classes, except for the Executive Class).
It’s possible to purchase the Super Economy ticket until midnight on the sixth day before departure for Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca trains and FrecciaLink service. Please note that seat availability varies depending on the days of the week, train types and classes.
