SNAV ferry Naples
SNAV ferries depart from two different locations in Naples:
- From Naples Beverello pier – ferries go to Capri, Ischia and Procida
- From Naples Mergellina pier – ferries go to the Aeolian Islands.
If you arrive by train at Napoli Centrale station, you can reach Beverello pier in just 30 minutes on foot or in 15 minutes by taking metro line L1 towards Piscinola – you’ll need to get off at Municipio station, and walk to the pier for 5 minutes. If, instead, you need to go to Mergellina pier, you can take the train operated by Trenitalia from the nearby Napoli Piazza Garibaldi station and get off at Napoli Mergellina railway station: the journey takes just 16 minutes!

How to get to Ischia from Naples

How to get from Naples to the Aeolian Islands
SNAV provides sea connections from Naples Mergellina pier to Stromboli, Panarea, Salina, Vulcano, and Lipari. The ferries connect the archipelago to the mainland quickly and safely, covering the entire route from Naples to Lipari in just 6 hours and 30 minutes. The stopover time at intermediate stops is approximately 10-15 minutes. The service is operational every day, from May to September.

SNAV ferries operate between Naples and Lipari only during the spring/summer season, when the weather conditions allow it. Getting from Ancona to Spalato with SNAV
The SNAV "Cruise Ferry" service from Ancona to Spalato is operational from June to September, with connections from Ancona to Spalato on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (plus extra services on Saturdays from late June and late August) and from Spalato to Ancona on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. The Cruise Ferry services feature a restaurant service, a snack bar, a shopping area, and a cinema, ensuring you a journey in total comfort.
