Coach etickets

Once you’ve bought your tickets, we’ll send you an email with your tickets attached as PDF files.

Simply print your PDF ticket at home, then scan it at the station or show it to train staff when asked.

1. Start by searching for your desired journey
2. Once you've selected the eticket option, add the name of the person travelling on the payment screen. Proceed to pay and follow the instructions.
3. Once you’ve bought your tickets, we’ll send you an email with your tickets attached as PDF files. The ticket will also appear under 'My Tickets' in our mobile app.
4. Next, forward the eticket email to the person you’re buying it for. All they have to do is click the View tickets in the app button in the email. Alternatively, they can download the PDF attachment.

Good news – coach etickets aren’t locked to a specific device.

To view your eticket on another device, log in to the account you used to buy it.

You'll find the eticket under the My Tickets screen in the app, as usual.

If you bought the eticket as a guest, simply log in to the email account you used to buy it to view the eticket email.

If you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder. You can do this on any device.
