Until August 2017 Aylesbury station is undergoing improvement works. During the project, roof canopies will be overhauled, lighting will be modernised to improve safety, and the footbridge will be closed while a complete refurbishment takes place.
A temporary footbridge has been installed for customer use, however this does not have lifts so the station will not be accessible to those with reduced mobility until August 2017. Customers requiring the lifts due to mobility problems, those with pushchairs, or using other heavy items should instead use Princes Risborough or Stoke Mandeville stations and speak to station staff or use the help point for further advice.
