Create your company list and select which Traveller is going
Set up your team in minutes by creating a company traveller list. You can do this at registration for Trainline Business, or jump into your Admin dashboard under the 'Employee Management' tab. Then add Employees, Contractors, or Clients - whoever you book for regularly. Please note: newly invited employees may take up to 1 hour to appear. If you can't wait that long you can book them as a guest.
Then, when it’s time to arrange a business train journey, simply select their name, and all their travel details pull through automatically. No need to chase anyone for information or re-enter details each time. It’s faster, smarter, and made for busy teams. Win.
