About Reebok Stadium

From its opening in 1997 until 2014, the Macron Stadium was known as the Reebok Stadium, and it was one of the new generation of all-seater stadiums built in the 1990s in the aftermath of the Taylor Report. The home ground of Bolton Wanderers FC, it has also been used for rock concerts, rugby league internationals and the World Club Challenge, as well as boxing. The stadium is located in Horwich, a town six miles northwest of Bolton.

The Macron Stadium has a capacity of just under 29,000, and it is relatively straightforward to get tickets for Bolton Wanderers matches providing you order in advance via the ticket office or website. Bolton divides its home games into three price categories, with tickets for category C matches starting from £22 and tickets for category A matches from £28.

If you want to take a look behind the scenes, the Macron Stadium offers tours four times a week. Tours include the dressing rooms, the dugouts, the players' tunnel, the media room and the press box. They take place on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 11am, and on Sunday at 1pm. Adult tickets cost £7.50, and must be booked in advance.
