The Millennium Seed Bank is home to an underground treasure trove of over 2.4 billion seeds from around the world, keeping them safe and conserving them for the future.
Visit the official Kew website here for more information about visiting the Millenium Seed Bank.
Getting to the Millennium Seed Bank is possible by train if you hop off at Balcombe station (or Three Bridges). You will though either need to catch the 272 bus service to Wakehurst Place Drive which drops you off outside the entrance to the Royal Botanic Gardens or hail a taxi which takes around 14 minutes.
