The Grant Museum of Zoology is one of the oldest natural history collections in the UK and is the last remaining university natural history museum in London. Home to some 68,000 zoological specimens, the collection is a unique window on the entire animal kingdom including Dodo bones, Ziegler wax models, and the world's rarest skeleton, the Quagga. Which is perhaps one of the more famous exhibits with a TV appearance on episode 8, the Q series of QI highlighting its missing rear leg, thought to have been lost during WW2.

Entry to the museum is free and open Monday to Saturday from 1 pm to 5 pm.
