South Western Railway Kids Go Free Promotional Fare Terms             

                                                                                                     

  1. Promotional fare is issued as one ticket for the adult and a ticket for each child. It will be shown in the Trainline app or website with “KGF” on the ticket type showing that “Kids Go Free.”

  2. The fare is available for one adult and one or two accompanying children aged 5 to 15. The tickets will have the same origin, destination, route and the same period of validity. The child must travel with the adult.

  3. The fare is available as one, or more, of the following ticket types:
    1. Off Peak Day Return;
    2. Super Off Peak Day Return;
    3. Off Peak Return (return within a calendar month of the outward travel date).
    4. Off Peak Day Single or Super Off Peak Day Single

  4. The fare is valid on South Western Railway services only.

  5. No further railcard discounts are available with this promotion.

  6. The fare is offered where displayed on the Trainline app and website and may not be available for all journeys across the South Western Railway network.

  7. The fare is only valid at off peak times. Please use the Trainline journey planner to check when the adult Off Peak or Super Off Peak fare is valid – time restrictions will vary by ticket type and may vary at weekends. For journeys wholly on Island Line, the fare is valid for travel at 08:30, or later, Monday – Friday and any time at weekends.

  8. The fare is valid for travel between 19 May 2019 and 2 June 2019 with no date exclusions.

  9. Tickets are available to purchase on the Trainline app and website from 7 May 2019. Promotional fare tickets will not be available to purchase from station self-service ticket machines.

  10. Some journeys may be affected by engineering works - please check before travelling.
  11. South Western Railway reserves the right to refuse the sale of discounted tickets to any person they believe will transfer, trade or resell them.
  12. South Western Railway reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice and to take appropriate action or withdraw this offer at any time.
  13. Tickets are sold subject to the National Rail Conditions of Travel. Normal refund conditions apply.
  14. The promoter is First MTR South Western Trains Limited, company number 07900320, registered at 4th Floor Capital House, 25 Chapel Street, London NW1 5DG ("South Western Railway").
  15. If the train(s) you have booked are cancelled, you may claim a full refund for the journey booked.
  16. If your train is delayed by 15 minutes or more, and you claim under Delay Repay, any compensation paid will be based on the adult fare, only.
