How do I cancel my booking?

It’s understandable, sometimes plans change. Before you start, you’ll need to log into your account. Don’t worry if you haven’t got an account with us, it’s easy to set one up here.

Cancelling your booking depends on which type of ticket you’ve booked. Off-Peak, Super Off-Peak and Anytime tickets can be refunded, for a £10.00 fee. Advance Single tickets can only be exchanged for a new ticket. You’ll have to keep the same route, but you can change the date and time for a £10.00 fee. Just so you know, if you chose our Mobile Ticket option and you’ve already activated it we won’t be able to refund you, sorry.  Instead, you’ll need to make a new booking.  

How to cancel bookings on our website (desktop or mobile) -

  • Click on "My bookings", in the top right corner of our website. You might need to sign in first.
  • Find the ticket you’d like a refund for.
  • Click the "Refundable" icon, it’s that easy!

How to cancel bookings on our app –

  • In our app, tap "My tickets" at the bottom right of your screen. 
  • Find the ticket you’d like a refund for.
  • Tap "Manage my booking"
  • Choose "Refund tickets" from the drop-down selection.
