How do I download/activate my Mobile Tickets?
You can download Mobile Tickets instantly. Tap "My tickets" on our app, then click "Download tickets", it’s that simple.
You can only download your Mobile Ticket to one device, so make sure you download it to whichever device you’re planning to take with you when you travel. Before you travel you’ll need to activate your ticket by tapping "Activate tickets".
Just so you know, activating your ticket is irreversible. If your plans have changed you might be able to change the date and time of your ticket or cancel your booking, as long as your Mobile Ticket hasn’t been activated.
