Trains to Woodhouse

Northern manage all operations and services at Woodhouse train station. The station sits on the Sheffield to Lincoln Line between Darnall and Kiveton Bridge. Platform 1 sees daily services towards Lincoln, whilst from platform 2 passengers can head to Leeds. Services arrive hourly en route to Lincoln the fastest journey time for this route is 1 hour 6 minutes. Through services to Leeds are available from Platform 2 from Monday to Friday this service arrives hourly en route to Leeds. During the weekend this service requires a change at Sheffield.  

Step-free access is available to platform 1 at Woodhouse train station, however, platform 2 is only accessible via steps and the footbridge that connects the two platforms. The station itself has limited facilities available for passengers due to it being unmanned. There is a waiting room on each platform and a help point on platform 1. There are no ticketing facilities available for passengers wishing to purchase a ticket must either do this in advance or once on board the train.
