Trains to Wavertree Technology Park

Tucked on the western end of the Olive Mount cutting, Wavertree Technology Park Railway Station serves the suburbs of Liverpool with Northern trains operating on the Liverpool to Manchester Line. Five trains from Wavertree Technology Park run each hour eastbound—one to Manchester Victoria, Warrington Bank Quay, Manchester Airport via Piccadilly respectively, and two to Wigan North Western. The airport service is a limited-stop express service. Westbound, all five trains run to Liverpool Lime Street. On Sundays, westbound trains run express to Lime Street.  

Holding the curious distinction of being the newest station on the oldest passenger railway line, Wavertree Technology Park Station has modern facilities for customer use. The ticket office is staffed during all hours of service, and there are permanent waiting shelters with seating provided for customer use. Train running information is provided via digital display screens, customer help points, and over the station PA system. There is full step-free accessibility to all platforms.
