Trains to Insch

Abellio ScotRail manages all operations and services at Insch train station. Open since 1854 the station is in the town of Insch, Aberdeenshire. Daily services are available to Inverness and Dyce. Trains arrive at Insch once every two hours en route to Inverness this service is reduced during Sundays. Dyce station can be reached from Insch in just 25 minutes this daily service arrives once every two hours.  

The former ticket office is now home to the Insch Connection Museum. The museum is used to show photographs and give a history of the train station. The station itself is accessible from South Road. Platform 2 has two entrances that can be used by wheelchair users unaided. There is no step-free access to platform 1. Facilities at the station include a waiting room on both platforms, ticket machine, and additional outdoor seating. A car park is available free to any passengers travelling from Insch station.
