Trains to Dovercourt

A single-platform halt by the seaside, Dovercourt Railway Station serves the Essex town of Dovercourt with service along the Mayflower Line. 70 miles downline from London Liverpool Street and nestled between Harwich International and Harwich Town, Dovercourt Station sees regular hourly service in each direction. Eastbound trains from Dovercourt continue on to Harwich Town, where they terminate; westbound trains run to Manningtree, where the line merges with the Great Eastern Main Line and continues to London and the rest of the East of England. 

Dovercourt Station has basic but functional facilities, including cycle storage and a car park for passengers journeying on from the station. Tickets may be purchased from self-service ticket machines at the station, and there are customer help points, payphones, and public wifi available throughout. Dovercourt is entirely step-free, save for the entrance to the ticket hall, which has two steps. Bench seating and a waiting room are available just off the railway building.
