Credit account application criteria

Your business needs to have:

 Been trading for a minimum of three years

 Two years of audited company accounts that may be requested as part of your application

 Internet access to view statements and manage the account

   

How to apply for a credit account

Account Administrators can apply for a credit account

  1. Open a Business Account with thetrainline or log-in to your thetrainline.com Business Account
  2. Click "Account tools"
  3. Under the section "Manage your account", click "set up a credit facility"
  4. Click "Download application form". The form will be pre-filled with your Business ID. Complete all required information and return the application to: New Business, Diners Club International, PO Box 3776, Chester, CH1 9YD
  5. You can book train tickets immediately but you will need to use another form of payment until you receieve notification from Diners Club International that your credit account has been activated.
