| Signature |
| When your tickets are delivered by Special Delivery a signature is required. If, for any reason, there is no one available to sign for the item, a Royal Mail card will be left to confirm delivery was attempted. |

| Tracking |
| We will provide you with a Special Delivery tracking number (Monday to Friday) by 1800 hrs on the day you placed your order. This will enable you to check the progress of your special delivery on www.royalmail.co.uk. You will find this tracking number within the 'Check Order Status' section of our site or alternatively you can phone our call centre on 0845 700 1200. |
